Feedback, concerns and complaints
We welcome feedback about our services. The quickest way to sort out most things is to speak to a member of the pharmacy team, call us on 01202 826555, or use our contact form.
If you would like to make a formal complaint, please email complaints@pharmland.co.uk, which is handled by our Superintendent Pharmacist. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible.
If you are not happy with our response:
- For NHS services, you can contact NHS Dorset, who commission NHS pharmacy services locally, and then the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.
- If you are concerned about the safety of a pharmacy or the conduct of a pharmacy professional, you can raise a concern with the GPhC.
